Last Tuesday we made 3 things, garlic pizza bread, seafood chowder and ramen.
We started by preheating our oven to 200 degrees on fan bake, then we started the pizza dough then topping it with some herbs, sea salt as well as some olive oil, we then put the dough in the sun to rise. The dough took about an hour to rise , when it was ready we put it in our oven for about 20 minutes.
For the chowder we used mussels, surimi, carrots, onions, milk, salt, flour and curry powder. We started off by cutting all our veges and our surimi, we then shelled our mussels and chopped them into bite size pieces we then fried all our vegetables in a pan with some milk continuously pouring a little bit at a time. After we had poured all our milk in we added a tablespoon of flour to thicken the milk, after our milk was thick we added our seafood and curry powder.
The next meal we made was ramen, we started by cooking our noodles in hot water, cooking our kumara in some soy sauce and boiling our eggs. while those were cooking we choose some toppings for our ramen, I choose spring onion, chicken, and shallots, when our noodles, eggs and kumara were ready we played it all up first was the noodles the we added our eggs, kumara, and chicken, we then added our chicken broth, then our other toppings. I enjoyed all the food we made because there was a variety and I have never made seafood chowder before.
